Contra Mixer / Paste Mixer:

The Tooth paste Manufacturing Plant is used for preparation of tooth paste product. Tooth paste Manufacturing Plant is made of different stage equipment’s Like Phase Preparation vessel, Manufacturing vessel, Storage vessel, Lobe pump, Transfer pump, Vacuum pump, Integrated control panel Working platform, Interconnecting pipe line.

Major Components

Phase Preparation vessel:

The Phase Preparation vessel is made of SS 316L Heavy parts and structures shall be cladded with SS 304 materials. Provide the Stainless Steel 304 grade jacket stiffeners along with jacket. This vessel is Cylindrical Vertical with bottom dish end and loose top lid. All internal part is mirror finish and non-contact part is matt finished. The vessel is steam or electrical jacketed.. Thickness of vessels shell, Bottom dish, Jacket , Jacket dish, Insulation Cover As per design STD., Rotor-stator type homogenizer with propeller type stirrer provided in vessels This agitator RPM is 1440 RPM. The maximum working pressure in the jacket & maximum working temperature As per design STD. Vessels have four legs provided. Jacketed part of vessels is insulated by mineral wool with SS 304 cladding to avoid heat loss during operation. All gasket which is used in vessels are food grade material. Phase vessels have different nozzles provided for different use and utility connection.

Manufacturing vessel:

The manufacturing vessel is made of SS 316L Heavy parts and structures shall be cladded with SS 304 materials. Provide the Stainless Steel 304 grade jacket stiffeners along with jacket This vessel is Cylindrical Vertical with bottom dish end and Top Dish. This vessel is use for mixing of Toothpaste .Thickness of vessels shell, Bottom dish, Jacket , Jacket dish, Insulation Cover As per design STD. Agitator is provided in vessels mixing of product. This anchor & Beater stirrer RPM Variable by VFD drive. The maximum working pressure in the jacket & maximum working temperature As per design STD..Vessels have four legs provided. Jacketed part of vessels is insulated 75% of shell by Mineral wool with SS 304 cladding to avoid heat loss during operation. All gaskets which is used in vessels are food grade material. MFG. vessels have different nozzles provided for different use and utility connection. Manhole & sight glass. Wax inlet, water inlet, material outlet and vacuum manifold with gauge and valve provided in vessel. lifting hooks shall be provided at suitable location on top dish.Rotor stator type homogenizer provided bottom entry in vessel.This agitator RPM is 1440 RPM.

Storage vessel:

The storage vessel is made of SS 316L. Heavy parts and structures shall be cladded with SS 304 materials. This vessel is Cylindrical Vertical with bottom conical end and loose top lid. All internal part is mirror finish and non-contact part is matt finished..Thickness of vessels shell, As per the design.The maximum working temperature ATM + STATIC in the vessel. Vessels have four legs provided. All gaskets which are used in vessels are food grade material.

Process Description of Tooth Manufacturing Plant:

  • We have a very wide range of tooth paste manufacturing plant from 100 to 10,000 Kg Capacity with varies option for automation in plant.
  • This system consist of a closed circuit manufacturing facility from feeding of Phase Vessel to loading the hopper of filling machine.
  • The Phase material at required temperature are transferred to Manufacturing Vessel by vacuum through conical filter.
  • The product during emulsion formation is re-circulated through Lobe Pump The Lobe Pump also discharges the product in the Storage Vessel.
  • The Storage Vessel is then taken to the filling area and is connected to again Positive displacement pump. or Storage Vessel remain fixed ( In bigger size ) & pump transfer the Tooth paste in the hopper of the Tube Filling Machine.
  • The entire Plant can be operated by centralised operating panel by one operator .
  • The plant is equipped with an electrical control panel with digital temperature indicators and digital timers.
  • Minimum two batches per shift of the same product can be assured in this plant.
  • This plant conforms to CGMP standards
  • The Salient Features Of Tooth Manufacturing Plant Are As Follows

  • The Plant is designed to be operated only by one operator and one helper.
  • All material transfers are done by vacuum or by transfer pumps.
  • All the vessels are CGMP
  • The gaskets used are of silicon (food grade).
  • All contact parts are of S.S. 316 L quality material & finished to 240 grit
  • The entry of all agitators are from top & High Speed Emulsifier from bottom or In- line Emulsifier ( as per customer choice ).
  • All vessels are suitable for internal pressure of 3 Kg. / Sq. cm. and hence can be sterilized.
  • All pipes, pipe fittings and valves are of SS 316 seamless quality, internally electro polished, with tri-clover ended joints.
  • The entire plant is equipped with CIP & SIP connections, so that customer can use these facility, if have CIP & SIP equipment.
  • All values of temperature & time of the plant are indicated digitally on the control panel. Ampere indicates on Ampere meters.
  • A micro processor based automatic operating plant can be designed as per requirement.
  • The Bough out items makes Of Tooth Manufacturing Plant Are As Follows

  • We use JINDAL make stainless steel for all our equipment, for which original mill certificate will be provided.
  • All drive motors will be of Crompton / Siemens / Bharat Bijlee Make and energy efficient class IE 3 type.
  • Gear Boxes will be of BONFIGLIOLI & PBL make.
  • All pneumatics will be of FESTO / SMC / Jenatic make.
  • Mechanical seal for top agitator and bottom homogenizer will be of Leak Proof / Hi Fab & Equivalent make
  • Pneumatically operated valves will be of LINET or reputed make.
  • Load cell will be of Mettler Toledo Make with display in HMI
  • Provide the inter locks Water flow sensor for mechanical seal etc….
  • PLC + HMI will be of Sneider / Mitshubishi make
  • VFDs shall be of ABB make Equivalent make
  • Thickness of all vessels are as per pressure requirement, which increase the vessel life over long run.
