Oral liquid manufacturing plant comprise of sugar syrup vessel, online sugar syrup pre-filter, manufacturing vessel storage vessel, vacuum system for transfer of sugar and sugar syrup, product piping, control panels and transfer pumps. The arrangement of the entire organization is done in a way that allows for plant to be easily handled by single worker, thus saving on man- power costs. additional, the system also comes with limpet coils for preferred heating and cooling support.

WORKING PLATFORM:
Advanced Technology of working platform would be made out of SS pipes with SS checkered plate on top for safe movement on the platform. SS 304 working platform manufactured out of SS pipes and Angles. Platform top would be of 18 swg dimpled plate. SS 304 pipe railing as a safety railing would be providing for safe working of operator. Platform would suitable to cover Sugar Syrup Manufacturing vessel, Syrup Manufacturing Vessel and Syrup storage vessel. Operating panel would be mounted on the working platform at suitable location. Platform height shall be 1200 mm from ground level and safety railing height shall be 750 mm from platform top.
SUGAR SYRUP MANUFACTURING VESSEL:
- Function of the sugar syrup manufacturing vessel to prepare the sugar syrup for oral Liquid Preparation
- Sugar syrup Manufacturing Vessel would be the cGMP standard (Built as per Good Engineering Practice and to comply)
- SS 316 contact parts and SS 304 non contact parts. Heavy parts and structures would be cladded with SS 304 materials.
- Cylindrical Vertical with bottom dish end welded and top dish end with body flange.
- Mounting would be Vertical on Legs.
- Operation Type is batch capacity.
- Pharmaceutical oral Liquids, water, Sugar Syrup etc fluid can handle in vessel
- Steam / Cooling Water / Raw water can handled in Jacket
- Working Volume would be 50kg to 10,000kg
- Mechanical Seal type would be Double cartridge Water Cooled Type mechanical Seal
- Product outlet Valve type / MOC would be Sanitary Design with 1 side flange an 1 side TC connection / SS 316
SYRUP MANUFACTURING VESSEL
- Function of the syrup manufacturing vessel to prepare the Mixing of oral liquid
- Sugar syrup Manufacturing Vessel would be the cGMP standard (Built as per Good Engineering Practice and to comply)
- SS 316 contact parts and SS 304 non contact parts. Heavy parts and structures would be cladded with SS 304 materials.
- Cylindrical Vertical with bottom dish end welded and top dish end with body flange.
- Mounting would be Vertical on Legs.
- Operation Type is batch capacity.
- Pharmaceutical oral Liquids, water, Sugar Syrup etc fluid can handle in vessel
- Steam / Cooling Water / Raw water can handled in Jacket
- Working Volume would be 50kg to 10,000kg
- Cylindrical Vertical bottom dish end with loose top lid.

SYRUP STORAGE VESSEL
- Function of storage vessel would store the Oral Liquid
- Storage Vessel would be the cGMP standard (Built as per Good Engineering Practice and to comply)
- SS 316 contact parts and SS 304 non contact parts. Heavy parts and structures shall be cladded with SS 304 materials.
- Vessel Type would be Vertical, cylindrical with conical bottom with Loose Top Lid and Leg Supports with wheels
- Pharmaceutical cream / ointment fluid can stored in vessel
- Working Volume would be 50ltr to 10,000ltr
- Wheel would be UHMW / NYLON with SS 304 bracket
- We can customize the Bolts & Nuts – Internal and External would be SS 316 and SS 304 respectively.
- Surface finish – Internal and External would be Mirror 240 Grit and Matt 180 Grit respectively.
