Ointment Manufacturing Plant
The Ointment Manufacturing Plants are used tools for the pharmaceutical & cosmetic industries for the production of Ointment, Cream, Lotions, Tooth Paste & other emulsions & homogenizations.
It is specially designed to take care of two critical factors which directly affects the quality of the Ointment / Creams. It's Minimum man handling of Ointment and Negligible vacuum drop during mixing & blending.
Salient Features :
The Plant is designed to be operated only by one operator and one helper.
All material transfers are done by vacuum or by transfer pumps.
All the vessels are CGMP (paint free construction)
The gaskets used are of silicon (food grade).
All contact parts are of S.S. 304 quality material (SS316 provided on demand) & finished to class 4B (Mirror) finish and are crevice free.
The entry of all agitators are from top & High Speed Emulsifier from bottom or In-line Emulsifier ( as per customer choice ).
All vessels are suitable for internal pressure of 1 Kg. / Sq. cm. and hence can be sterilized.
All pipes, pipe fittings and valves are of SS304 / SS316 ( as per customer requirement ) seamless quality, internally electro polished, with tri-clover ended joints.
The entire plant is equipped with CIP & SIP connections, so that customer can use these facility, if have CIP & SIP equipment.
All values of temperature & time of the plant are indicated digitally on the control panel. Ampere indicates on Ampere meters.
A micro processor based automatic operating plant can be designed as per requirement.

Customized Design of liquid Manufacturing Plants are ideal equipment for developed for wide range of Syrup, juice, Oral Liquids injectable solution, dispersions, ophthalmic goods, and suppositories. It’s specially planned for pharmaceutical & food industries to reduce the errors of manhandle of fluid and unimportant vacuum drop throughout mixing & blending. It also provides the compensation of the efficient of manpower function. Oral liquid manufacturing plant comprise of sugar syrup vessel, online sugar syrup pre-filter, manufacturing vessel storage vessel, vacuum system for transfer of sugar and sugar syrup, product piping, control panels and transfer pumps. The arrangement of the entire organization is done in a way that allows for plant to be easily handled by single worker, thus saving on man- power costs. additional, the system also comes with limpet coils for preferred heating and cooling support.
Advanced Technology of working platform would be made out of SS pipes with SS checkered plate on top for safe movement on the platform. SS 304 working platform manufactured out of SS pipes and Angles. Platform top would be of 18 swg dimpled plate. SS 304 pipe railing as a safety railing would be providing for safe working of operator. Platform would suitable to cover Sugar Syrup Manufacturing vessel, Syrup Manufacturing Vessel and Syrup storage vessel. Operating panel would be mounted on the working platform at suitable location. Platform height shall be 1200 mm from ground level and safety railing height shall be 750 mm from platform top.
